🧑‍🎤 Garmin Fenix 3 Battery Draining Fast

Have had my 5+ for about a year and battery life has always been decent. This week all of a sudden it's draining fast - like 1%-2% per hour when just sat at my desk. I've not changed any settings nor installed any new widgets. Is anyone aware of a recent update causing problems? Or seen this kind of thing before? Software Version 12.00. CIQ 3.1 Step 2. Charging it was always a thing where I’d happen to notice the battery was pretty low after a few days, so at the end of the day I’d take it off and put it on the charger overnight and boom, I wouldn’t have to think about it for probably another 3-5 days, sometimes it felt like I was only charging the thing once a week.
